Color Kingdom Puzzles ยท Last Updated: October 19, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Color Kingdom Puzzles app for iPhone and iPad collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Color Kingdom Puzzles does not ask you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, photos or contacts. (For our coloring app, see the Color Kingdom Coloring Privacy Policy.)

What Stays on Your Device

  • Your puzzles: puzzles in progress, finished puzzles, where every piece is, hints left, your favorites and your settings are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to us.
  • Pictures: puzzle pictures you have opened are kept on your device so they work offline.

Information Collected When You Use the App

Color Kingdom Puzzles uses services from Google and Apple to deliver puzzle pictures, show ads, and help us understand how the app is used. Through these services, the following is collected:

  • App activity (analytics): we use Google Analytics for Firebase to learn which puzzles and features people use. This includes which pictures are previewed, started, finished, restarted, removed or added to favorites; how many pieces you chose and how long a session lasts; when hints are used and whether a video was watched for more hints; words typed into the app's search; whether the No Ads screen was opened or a purchase was made; and how often and how long the app is used.
  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and an approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address.
  • App identifier: a random identifier created for this installation of the app. It is not your name, Apple ID or phone number, and it is reset if you delete and reinstall the app.
  • Advertising information: if you have not removed ads, Google AdMob collects information needed to show and measure ads, such as your IP address, device information, and which ads were shown, watched or tapped.
  • Downloads: when the app checks for new puzzles or downloads a picture, your device connects to Google's servers (Firebase) to fetch it, which involves your IP address.

Color Kingdom Puzzles does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and does not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

How We Use This Information

  • To provide the catalog of puzzles, including a new Daily Puzzle, and keep the app working
  • To understand which pictures and features people enjoy, so we know what to make next
  • To find and fix problems
  • To show ads in the free version of the app and measure how they perform

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

The free version of Color Kingdom Puzzles shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner while you puzzle, ads between rows of pictures, and occasionally a full-screen ad after you finish a puzzle. We ask Google to show only ads rated up to "T" (Teen). Ads may be chosen using general information such as your approximate location and device type.

Videos for hints: when you run out of hints on a puzzle, you can choose to watch a short video ad to get more. Videos only play when you tap Watch; the app learns only whether the video was watched to the end, so it can add the hints.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your choices about ads before showing them. You can change your answer at any time: tap the No Ads button (or the gear, if you have removed ads) and choose Privacy Choices. App activity (analytics) follows the same choice: in these regions it is collected only if you consent, and it stops if you later withdraw your consent.

Ads use Apple's SKAdNetwork, which lets advertisers learn that an ad led to an app install without identifying you.

Purchases

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase made through Apple. It removes all ads and gives you unlimited hints. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details. We only learn that the purchase was made, so the app can turn ads off.

Third-Party Services

The services below process the information described above under their own privacy policies:

How Long Information Is Kept

Your puzzles stay on your device until you remove them or delete the app. Analytics information held by Google is kept for no longer than 14 months. Ad information is kept by Google according to its own policies.

Your Choices

  • Remove ads: the Remove Ads purchase turns off all ads and the information collected to show them.
  • Ad and analytics choices in Europe and the UK: use Privacy Choices in the app, as described above.
  • Apple's ad settings: on your device, open Settings > Privacy & Security to review Tracking and Apple Advertising settings.
  • Delete your data: you can remove any puzzle in My Puzzles. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device and resets the app identifier.
  • Questions or requests: depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, or deletion of, information about you. Contact us at the address below and we will help.

Children's Privacy

Color Kingdom Puzzles is made for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account or ask for personal details. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
